If the data model is prepared by another party, Suchan reviews and sets up a prototype to test the source document and data model.
Once the procedures manual is finished, a pilot project is defined to test the procedures and production tools. The pilot is used to confirm or modify the procedures manual and production tools. When the specifications and procedures are agreed upon, full data conversion production begins.
